Rural Entrepreneurship And Leadership or REAL Breakthrough was conceptualized to use the power of technology for the upliftment of rural communities across the world. REAL Breakthrough is actively promoting our beliefs to both the rural youth as well as volunteers in various fields including STEM who are interested in helping. We are looking for volunteers who can organize and conduct REAL activites in their local community. We help volunteers in all possible ways, in line with our beliefs.

REAL volunteering
Volunteers generally have a heart to help and they take the good news to people in need. There are endless possibilities to create awareness on REAL. We are listing a few of them here:
- Formation of local REAL Breakthrough student network
- Group discussions in the local community
- Awareness talks in the local schools and colleges
- Organizing an alumi meet in your college

REAL mentoring
It is very important to have a local mentor who can be available for the rural communities and mentor them and guide them to create great entrepreneurs and leaders. Identifying a mentor for a local group was not as easy as we throught. That is why we are connecting the rural masses with the right mentors in their local communities.
